Licensed Veterinary Surgery Nurse: Must have knowledge with general anesthesia, be able to prioritize, multitask, and ability to recognize urgent situations. Working in a high-volume quick paced environment, completing approximately 45-50 spay/neuter procedures daily.

Licensed Veterinary Nurse: Must have knowledge with general health care (vaccinations, flea/heartworm preventions, and ability to help educate clients on the importance of maintaining good health of their pet's and importance of spay/neuter of their pet's.

Vet assistant: Ablility to lift 50lbs., will work in recovery of surgical patients and will be trained by licensed veterinary nurse in proper vital signs of a patient recovering from anesthetic procedure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Veterinary experience: 1 year (Required)
  • on the job: 1 year (Preferred)
