Job Description:
Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support our VP working with our Patient Access Programs, MSK Kids Team, and our International Center. This is a highly visible role for an administrative professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-touch, and evolving environment.
Role Overview:
- Manage the VP's time commitments by planning and scheduling meetings, conference calls, and conferences
- Ensure calendars are well organized and arranged to accomplish objectives, avoiding conflicting demands and prioritizing appropriately
- Coordinate travel schedules and arrangements, ensuring all travel details are efficiently organized
- Act as the principal administrative contact for senior leadership, engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as external parties
- Resolve complex inquiries and fulfill requests using knowledge of initiatives and organization policies and programs, exercising judgment in all interactions
- Identify, compile, and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings with executive staff and outside individuals
- Support projects for the team, and ensure timelines are met and tasks are accomplished
Key Qualifications & Core Skills:
- 4+ years of multifaceted, dynamic administrative support experience, including support to a senior leader
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact across all levels in a confident, professional manner
- Outstanding attention to detail - flexible, adaptable, and reliable
- Great follow-through skills and good judgment
- Able to manage complex situations and work autonomously
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Zoom, and other collaboration tools. Workday knowledge is a plus.

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, hybrid schedule
- Location: 1275 York Avenue or Monmouth NJ
- Pay Range: $73,900.00 - $114,400.00
