The HR Project Manager will utilize Human Resources and project management expertise to provide a strategic approach to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute HR initiatives and special projects for the Human Resources department. This position supports data-driven decision-making, collaborates with human capital analysts and the HR leadership team to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. The HR Project Manager functions autonomously, exercises discretion and judgment, and works independently while proactively leading projects, disseminating knowledge, and training/coaching on changes to processes or functions as necessary.

Description
1. Maintains in-depth knowledge of best practices within Human Resources, workforce analytics, and project management.
 
2. Introduces innovative and scalable solutions to enhance HR programs, processes, and systems.
 
3. Leads work groups for HR functions and cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
 
4. Serves as project manager, coordinating multiple, parallel team projects, both incoming and outgoing, including regular and ad-hoc initiatives. These projects may range from departmental to multi-disciplinary/cross-functional team or system-wide efforts. Responsibilities include record-keeping, resource coordination, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
 
5. Collaborates with human capital analysts and the HR leadership team to support workforce planning, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
 
6. Partners with data teams to maintain compliance with data governance standards and drive advancements in reporting and analytics tools.
 
7. Supports the development of dashboards and tools that provide actionable insights for talent management and organizational growth.
 
8. Demonstrates the ability to understand and interpret complex issues and processes, providing actionable recommendations to address challenges and optimize outcomes.
 
9. Works closely with stakeholders to identify project priorities and ensures alignment with HR strategies and goals.
 
10. Prepares high-quality reports and presentation materials to communicate project outcomes, insights, and implications to HR leadership and cross-functional teams
 
11. Supports compliance initiatives, including updates to HR policies and procedures, to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
 
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
