CCH is expanding our staff, and this may be a great opportunity for you to join our team. CCH participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).
The Human Resources Director is responsible for advanced HR-related leadership duties for CCH. This position is responsible for strategic planning, directing and coordinating all human resources activities, initiatives, policies and programs for CCH.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of recent advanced Human Resources experience required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of recent leadership or progressive supervisory experience required.
- Experience working for a non-profit organization, public health sector or community mental health setting preferred.
- Experience with regulatory agencies’ audits (i.e., DWIHN, HRSA, MDHHS, EEOC, etc.) highly preferred.
- HR certification (i.e. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, etc.) highly preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations.
- Knowledge of HR systems and database; experience with Paycom highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
