We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and support our mission by ensuring efficient HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in managing all HR functions across the organization. This position requires proficiency in HRIS Management, Benefits Administration, Leave Administration, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding & Retention, Personnel Management, and Compliance. An ability to handle multiple HR projects simultaneously and a proven track record in handling employee relations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Benefits & Leave Administration:
- Manage all employee benefit changes.
- Meet with new hires to review benefits packages.
- Coordinate open enrollment sessions and communications.
- Ensure benefits compliance, including SPD distribution and document updates.
- Maintain ACA compliance & look back calculations; Manage 1095-Cs.
- Reconcile and allocate all benefit bills and submit invoices to Accounts Payable
- Collaborate with brokers to identify cost-saving strategies and oversee change projects.
- Manage all leave administration including determining eligibility, assisting with paperwork completion, tracking time used & keeping employees informed of leave remaining and return-to-work requirements.
HRIS Management (ADP WFN):
- Process all employee changes, including hires and terminations.
- Assist employees in resolving any issues with ADP, including pay and payroll concerns.
- Serve as payroll backup, including retirement and FSA reporting.
- Compile payroll reports for department heads as requested.
Compensation:
- Stay current on market analysis and compensation trends.
- Ensure consistency of pay rates and groupings across the organization.
Recruitment, Onboarding & Retention:
- Manage all job postings and candidate communications.
- Schedule and participate in interviews as needed.
- Prepare offer letters, complete new hire paperwork, and manage ADP onboarding.
Personnel Management:
- Maintain personnel files, including creating and updating job descriptions.
- Regularly update HR policies and procedures, including the Personnel Handbook.
- Provide ongoing employee support including conflict resolution
- Coordinate terminations and correspondence; conduct exit interviews as needed.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with required organization-wide training and assign additional training as needed.
- Collect and report OSHA data; manage EEO data collection and reporting, worksite postings.
- Stay abreast of new laws and ensure timely implementation.

- Leadership: Lead HR initiatives and projects, promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a strong emphasis on employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably ADP WFN.
- Comprehensive knowledge of benefits administration, leave management, and payroll processes.
This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting salary range between $60,000-$65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
