Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong computer skills in database management and Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and follow up experience.
  • Adaptable, dependable and a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills experience.
  • Knowledge of community-based programs is a plus
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
Basic Responsibilities
  • Referral entry into system database.
  • Run internal reports daily to ensure work quality and timelines are met.
  • Monitor deliverables and inquire on overdue items by initiating/responding to e-mails, phone calls, etc.
  • Ensures leadership receives updated information on their programs.
  • Weekly updates with leadership.
  • Ensures all needed printing and mailers completed each day.
  • Administrative support for department (ex: meet and greet scheduling, hub application inquiry organization, etc.)
  • Completes purchase orders for needed office supplies.
  • Additional department support as needed
