We are looking for a Remote Sr. HR Business Partner to fill a short-term need (2-3 months). The ideal candidate will have the following background and skills:

  • HR Analytics
  • HRIS Implementation
  • Project Management
  • Professional Services
  • Employee Relations
  • White Glove Customer Service

Purpose

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will provide strategic consultation and partnership to leaders, and management staff. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs with respect to employee relations, performance management, workforce planning.


The Sr. HRBP, reporting to the Sr. HR Director, completes work through existing processes and identifies new strategic solutions related to organizational and workforce planning, staff development, employee engagement, and HR services and communications that support the organization's mission, vision, values, and operations.

The Sr. HRBP will partner with HR leadership and organization management to facilitate the delivery of HR programs and services to support the organization’s business objectives.

The Sr. HRBP is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the organization. The role will be a part of the HR team and is critical in executing our employee initiatives, providing high-level internal customer support, and driving functional excellence and process improvement.

Certifications Required

SPHR or SHRM-SCP

Years of Experience

10+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner, with substantial experience in healthcare and/or non-profit environment.

Expectations

We are involved with many initiatives and projects so this position will require the candidate to have experience in Project Management. Examples of current projects:

  • ADP / HRIS implementation
  • Internship Program
  • Employee Development Conversation Program

 

 

Compensation Range (Based in part on geographical location): $115,000 - $160,000
